It's the holiday season- not enough time in the day

We know you are starting to feel the pressure- so to keep the right attitude, please try the following- and thanks to the Target Corporation for providing instructions for a Happy Dance on the back of  a packing slip!!

And we know you probably aren't thinking about it, but there is never a better time to get organized.  Because who wants to spend more time than necessary at work?  Another interesting factoid courtesy of NAPO:

"Forty-three percent of the Americans surveyed described themselves as disorganized, and 21 percent have missed     crucial work deadlines. Nearly half say disorganization causes them to work late at least two to three times a week."

Welcome to Organizing Fun & Facts!

Well, here we are- ready to launch a blog to share a topic that I love!  I know that many cringe when we talk about organizing, so my plan is to get to you on two levels: the emotional- that's the fun part! and the intellectual- well, yes, the facts.

First the fun- this cartoon says it all about how organizing can be!

And for the the facts- well, the National Association of Professional Organizers has a great reference library for organizing statistics- and here is one that should help you think about getting the organizing process started in your world.

"Three out of four workers surveyed worldwide agreed with this statement: 'I find myself becoming more  stressed   when everything is a mess and I can't find important documents when needed."
