Use plants to BREATHHHHHE.

Bring some green into your home...plants make you healthy and happy! “House plants make people feel calmer and more optimistic”, says Bruno Cortis, M.D., a Chicago cardiologist. Interestingly enough, studies have shown that hospital patients who face a window with a garden view recovered more quickly than those who had to look at a wall. Additionally, plants clean the air in your home and provide a great palette to naturalize the texture in a room. Perhaps your space feels too modern and sterile. Place a tall, potted plant along a wall or a small plant on a shelf to bring your room to life. Taking care of your plant does not have to be a task.  Consider drought-tolerant shrubs of all different shapes, colors, and sizes. These too provide fresh air and positive attitudes.  Go green!
